Equality is not a zero sum game! Black people and Asians need to support each other. What is the point of trying to create more division through this post (ps spreading “awareness” is not it).
Btw I’m Asian-American, am pro BLM but also condemn hate crimes against Asians. No one is arguing that racism against Asians is ok. But of course we’re going to be called out because our community is imperfect. It’s just adding to the discussion because the issue is complex as it is.

Equality is definitely zero sum. There exists a metaphorical pie today and each cultural subgroup, of which race is one of them, gets its own slice. In most cases you cannot increase the size of one slice without decreasing the size of another. If, for example, you seek to provide equality of outcome by making the distribution of jobs and college admissions match the population demographics, then you are going to deny more of other groups to be able to accept more of groups deemed "underrepresented."
Argue for equality all you want, and more power to you. But it's dishonest to say it isn't zero sum. It's possible that it isn't in some specific circumstances, but then you would need to specify it.
If you create more seats at the same table each person has less space. People don't even think through their ideas
Keep doing it and we will support.
