We are closer to the end of this initial selling than the beginning. All this technical selling on a 15 minute chart simply brings us back to a 4 Hour Halfway Back long of May 20 to Highs. And, we find support right in the middle of this HWB long. I think we can go a little lower to break the long in a dip below the 61.8% red line. Alternatively, we can hold here and rally. Either way, tomorrow or next week, we are due to rally 300 Nasdaq points. Take profits and be smart.

Any LMS recommendations for corporate training scheduling/ logistics? I work for a staffing company and we have large groups of internal employees (recruiters and account managers) who come through training at different points in their career - it’s a pretty manual process right now as we’re tracking in Excel spreadsheets… Looking for a system that can automatically create training groups based on tenure/ promotion dates. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Been feeling pretty great the last few days. Was able to reflect a bit and this Summer/Fall up until about a week ago were some of lowest points I’ve felt in my life. After a hard reset on travel points (got none after Covid and change to industry) how would you start over? Which credit card is best for travel points? Airline? Starwood or Bonvoy? Avis or ??

At one time I had status on most airlines and hotels but I never bothered to focus on accumulating points since it seemed like they were infinite and I booked on convenience. Oh have times changed! I even let go of Amex platinum, just wasn’t worth it to me. Base airport LAX/SNA so no airline pref.

Has anyone ever utilized their company’s sabbatical program?

Thinking about starting to take annual (or more likely, every other year) sabbaticals once I’ve reached a level I’m happy with in the company (not racing for more promotions)

If you’d never, ever take a sabbatical, would appreciate that insight too.

3. How many hours are you expected to work in a week?

I am unemployed for a year now. Lengthy job hunting and interview processes already make me lose faith. Have a serious health issue that requires surgery soon this month. I have a chance to buy the lot behind my house which would be nice to have for privacy, space etc. the seller is a bit unrealistic on price but with the market turning maybe she’ll become more reasonable. If I buy it I may have to pull back on my 401k contributions for a year or two (max now, would still contribute to match). I’m wondering what the hive mind thinks. It seems silly to spend so much on a sink asset, but theoretically I could sell it later and it is probably a one time opportunity

MBR question. I’ve never done one. Currently contributing ~$1000 into taxable per month. max 401k, HSA, Roth IRA. Company plan allows after tax contributions and in service distributions, so I think that means it’s a MBR green light. My plan is at empower so everything is done on paper, very cumbersome process, and there is a $40 fee for each in service distribution. I believe when I make an after tax contribution, it gets invested based on my investment options for my 401(k)? More in comments
