Overall, it is faster than I expected. So glad to have it in hand now!

H1B rejection options - same company transfer (big4) to Luxembourg or Amsterdam. Or reputable management consulting firm in Dubai (+$30k in pay to Europe check). Would it be hard to get L1 from Dubai

H1B visa stamped.

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

This feels like unfair practice. Is it common? What should be my approach?

I'm on a H1B so I am supposed to pay Medicare and SS taxes, but my employer has not withheld anything- my hnr block advisor caught that but she just completed my returns assuming I don't have to pay those taxes

I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:

Non-white
Non-male
What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?

7th year of H1b and have I140 PD in June 2020 (Chinese)... getting tired of my current job and want to do a MBA then switch career. Is it still possible? Would I be able to extend my H1b after I graduate say two years later for a new employer, even if the job has completely changed - say from business consultant to a tech manager?
