Easing myself into IF by restricting eating from 1pm - 9pm; any tips on what to eat for dinner that “carries” into the next day? Find myself feeling hungry as I wake up, which makes me dread working out.

Typically have fruits at 1pm, lunch + protein shake between 1 and 3, and then dinner ideally at 7:30 but depends on work. Water throughout day.

What’s your go-to for running socks? Long distance runner here.

How much do you work out a week to cut? I was reading a bunch of articles that said 6x/week (3x weight, 3x cardio). Pre-covid I did 5-7x/week and wasn’t seeing great results. During lockdown to pre-cutting, I did 2-4x + walks/hikes on weekends. I find by workout day 5/6, my body feels so fatigued, I either skip or switch out a weight day and do restorative yoga/another LIDL cardio day instead. Today was my 6th workout (jumprope tabata) and I could barely do it which then just feels pointless.

I normally am a huge diet soda drinker. Like 3 or 4 cans a day. This week I decided to switch to water instead and have noticed fewer food cravings especially sugar. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Does anyone have any good experiences with Prozac/Fluoxetine where they didn’t gain weight or lose their sex drive? 25F and just started taking 20mg a day for my anxiety and work burnout induced mild depression. The only reviews I’ve seen online are from negative experiences. Just feeling a little nervous because I’ve never taken anything like this before.

I started tracking my calorie intake and regular workout from 5/3. I have dropped 5 pounds in 2 weeks (196 to 191). Is this a lot and should I increase my calorie intake a bit?
