How soon after an interview should you send a thank you note?

I have a wealthfront account with ~30k that has made about 10% in 2 years. I am convinced that the market will crash this year so I have an inclination to pull that money out of the account. Nowadays we have access to so much more information that a crash can almost be anticipated IMO. Is it worth the tax to pull it out, sit until the crash and reinvest? A question to those of you with children:: From a career/equity in the workspace perspective, I find it really challenging that my children seem to be more attached to me than to my husband. I honestly think that the children themselves are one of the main factors why it‘s hard for women to pursue a career. I have a supportive husband, supportive company, supportive friends and family etc. It‘s the children themselves who ask: „Mom, why can’t you stay at home or work part-time.. (to be cont‘d)
