Need some information regarding the projects & WLB

Currently a medical assistant and considering the PA route. Living in Canada where the PA profession is relatively new (not as many specialities for PAs as the US, and salary is lower). I’m nervous about future burn out and unfavourable working hours - any advice?

How much time will it take for the HRA to get approved by Finance team.
I have submitted the documents nearly a month back and still they are waiting for approval.

PS : Previous company used to approve/reject them by 18th of every month. Not sure whats the process in CTS.

How much time it usually takes for a HR to respond back after clearing 1 round of interview.

How does the investment declaration work at cognizant? Can i declare only 80c for now? Or even hra or loan details can be declared now itself with valid proof? I read somewhere that these details have to be declared in November with documents. Can anyone help in this?

Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.
