I’m feeling down. 😢 After 3 failed IVFs with the last one ending in a chemical pregnancy I sought the opinion of a second fertility doctor. She said given my age of 45, my husband and I had the same chances of getting pregnant with another round of IVF with my own eggs as I would naturally and wouldn’t move forward with IVF, only with egg donor. My AMH is 2.6 and FSH was 7.4 just this past month. Should I ignore her and seek a third opinion? Not quite ready to go down the egg donor route yet.

Hi does anyone know the mat leave policy at Shopify? I am currently 4 months pregnant and was not looking for a new job . I was recently contacted by a recruiter who thinks I am a good fit for the role. I am not sure if I should go ahead with the interview process as many companies have probation period of like 6 months or so before the mat leaves kick in . Does any one have any idea how things work at Shopify?
P.S : I really like Shopify as a company and would want go work for them one day .
