F fish here—I’m trying to be a better online dater. what are people’s strategy for online dating? How many ppl do you match vs talk to vs meet up? What are the best apps/date avenues? I find it hard to talk/go on dates with my matches cause I’m not a great texter and I’m not really feeling interested in people’s profiles (in person is way more interesting to me but I’m trying to be flexible with covid).

I am being advised by my colleagues and friends in consulting that I need to see a therapist. It isn’t for any mental health reason per se, but for professional social capital. Apparently, I need to be relatable to the professional class and talk about my therapy experiences. Is this really a thing? Is not having a therapist like showing up green with an Android?

Anyone have a sensitive stomach? Id love to hear some explanations from the crowd that aren’t a serious medical condition - just an above average sensitivity. I don’t think I have IBS, but I get really triggered by certain foods and they just run right through me. Some triggers I know (too much cream / fat, or conversely a large amount of raw vegetables) but other times it feels really random.
