Shoould I take advantage of CARES act and withdraw from 401k and put money into my IRA? Would spread income over 3 years to make sure I stay in lower tax bracket. Other than liability protections of 401k, are there any other downsides of doing this?

Considering two senior associate offers. One at Embark in FAAS (lots of growth upside, great benefits and higher pay) vs. EY TAAG (SEC and Derivatives and Financial Instruments). I only have 1.5 years of big four experience so I’m considering going back to boost my resume, but Embark seems great and will be much more broad experience (like operational accounting advisory and such). Not looking to exit to industry anytime soon. Which is a better route?

I’m not sure if I want to pursue being an MD or not. I was up for promotion two years ago and took myself out of the pool in order to ensure I could be home with my family. Now, I’m being encouraged to “go for it” again this year. What are the real benefits of being an MD? Is it really the pay increase? Urgent suggestion needed, I have resigned from org based on other MNC offers, but after that I came to know that I am expecting.
So when I join new org I can work for 4-5 months and then will go for maternity leave. Will new company allow(not create problems) to do so..??? probation is 6 months.

A friend of mine quit before 3 years of bond period but she did not sign any bond during her induction. But now they are not giving her experience letter and they have sent a notice. When asked for the bond agreement, the company is not sending her that(which is because they dont have any bond agreement with her signature on it).
