Interviewed for a firm that seems great and pays better than my current job, but one issue... they don’t offer 401k matching (my current firm does). All other benefits are the same though. I’m seriously considering leaving my current job for this new opportunity since it sounds like a great fit for me, I just don’t know how to handle the lack of 401k matching. I just qualified for my 401k at my current place but haven’t contributed yet and I need to get my savings in order. Advice?

I have been so worked up lately! Burnout is real. I have lost my drive, my ability to be confident or even like myself. I am sooo done! People starting out.. don’t make the same mistake I did.. run a marathon, not a sprint.. there’s so much more you can do with your life than just work. Use your job to hone your skills, but please, if you have a bigger goal, chase that meticulously on the side..
