Short and lean men - what brands make winter coats and fleece sizes that have sizes for men smaller than the traditional S size? I’m 5’4” and pretty slim, can’t seem to fit a since fall jacket and a winter coat that fits. TIA

I joined a corporate firm as a multi year experienced paralegal. It seems however that I am not necessarily welcome by other paralegals in the Dept., a few negative comments to partners about me. Obtaining assignments feels much like a popularity contest. Any advice on overcoming the negative vibes? In a bit of an ethical dilemma. Got accepted into a 6 month rotation program within the firm. However, also plan on taking paternity leave at that end of the rotation. I understand company policy is to disclosure paternity leave two months prior. I have disclosed the desire for paternity leave to the rotation leadership but not to my leadership as fear they will not let me do the rotation. Any thoughts?

Im grateful. My job isn’t perfect, but I genuinely feel grateful to have landed in-house (after being partner at one regional firm my entire pro life before that), particularly when I read what others post about their day to day. I’ve never had nearly as much career satisfaction as I have since the switch, and I recognize how few quality in-house gigs there really are (even if we have some lunatics within our department (just as I did back in firm life)). That’s it. Just grateful.
