Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup paying 20 LPA (base salary)?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at a startup earning 22-24 LPA at 3-5 years of experience?

I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1 V) and increased NP from 45D to 90D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They saying I already got good hike, our budget is only 24LPA, NP is high and we are considering only fixed part. Is it worth accepting offer because of 90days NP?
I'm thinking to stayback due to yearly hike by demanding NP back to 45D

After that, I was asked to optimise it's complexity and talk on it further. The interview revolved around using operators (not covered by a standard CKA exam afaik), dangling images reaping automation and ACL/SG on AWS.
