Should executives be able to travel business class as a rule? Our company is making all travel economy-only moving forward, unless it's international. I have really large meetings, sometimes right after arriving, that are pretty significant for the department, and I'm totally shot when I'm taking economy.

I’m my opinion should be a time/distance thing. Don’t think an hour-long flight from SFO-LAX warrants business, but a cross-country flight definitely should

The horor, having to sit with the rif raf for a few hours!

The horror of having to sit with the peasants when you obviously belong among the bourgeois.

Any red eye should be business class. Other than that, I don’t think there are really hard and fast rules in my head.

That's standard corporate policy afaik. International requires approval. Domestic a harder proposition, like going to east coast to Hawaii, but can be done if you prep your VP or Sr. Dir.

Trying to explore in addition to lazy beach days. They are hipsters who traveled the US in a van during Covid and I like luxury. Something in the middle would be great 😊. Thanks for any recs!

Is it better to take out a personal loan for credit card debt vs a debt consolidation? I decided to do a personal loan with a bank I already have a mortgage with. I did 16% for three years vs having multiple credit cards with 25% interest. The loan covers two of my four credit cards. But a friend said I could’ve gotten a better deal with debt consolidation bc they have relationships with credit card companies.
