Should I: 1) Roll my Roth 401k contributions from my old employer to my new one who also allows Roth contributions or 2) Roll it into my Roth IRA??

I would roll it into a Roth IRA. If your old plan had company matches, some part of the Ira is likely traditional. You could move that to a traditional Ira. The only reason to potentially not move the traditional into an Ira is if you use or expect to use a backdoor Roth in the future. You can’t if you have a traditional Ira.

Individual IRA. You are the one in control.

I was checking and comparing healthcare costs for the two companies my spouse and I work for. For me with HSA it is around $900 per month for just Medical, Vision and Dental. For my wife (with HSA) it is $300 per month. Both have $3000 deductible. My out of pocket max is $14000 while my wife’s is $7000. All of these numbers are for a family of 4. Why do we have such a huge difference in healthcare costs for similar coverage? My wife’s company is 30K employees and my company is 300K employees.

I am highly interested in applying for the "Technology Strategy Consultant" role at the Big D in NYC. One of the questions I have is that a requirement is "minimum if a bachelor degree and 2+ years consulting/industry experience" Assuming my internships don't count for industry experience. I'll only have a couple months of experience as a consultant, I also do have a master's degree if it helps satisfies that requirement. Any insight if Deliotte would consider me as a candidate or toss me?
