I guess the better question is why wouldn’t you? Unless you plan on posting inappropriate things on LinkedIn or bad mouth your firm, which you shouldn’t do either way.
Yes, 1) it’s good for internal marketing, 2) people leave all the time and go in-house and could be potential clients down the road.
Yes. I only add people in other offices if I’ve actually met or worked with them though.
