Hi Fishes,
I gave my Salesforce interview on 20th aug. The technical round was cleared and after sometime the managerial round was done.
I haven’t heard back from the recruitment team yet.
I tried calling the recruiter and dropped her a text, but she didn’t responded.
Its difficult to keep patience. I am losing hope. What should be done. Please advise Salesforce

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
Should i join KPMG?
Hi Fishes,
Is this moonlighting?Cognizant Wipro

I have an interview scheduled with Barclays next week. HR told me that this will be a Business and controls interview. On asking what would this be around, she just told me that the panel would like to know more about you. She didn't say anything else. What can I expect from this round.
I gave one round before this one which was completely technical and from my CV

I would suggest you not to do that. I have personally experienced this. Have done that and regretted later. They would point out the shortcomings you need to improve overall. Even if you performed better at any point in the interview which impressed them but asking for a feedback make them remember everything from the beginning and right after the interview they have to fill the feedback form to the recruiter.
Sure it is. Asking for a feedback generally leads them in deciding whether to select the candidate or not. I feel unless your interview went fantastic, asking feedback means giving them less time to think about your candidature.
Imagine I ask you about the behaviour of your neighbour. Before that you are given a task of listing 10 good things about him. It's highly probable you will give a good impression of him just because you recently focused the positive.
It's just my thoughts though. May be different from other's perception.
Yeah ask in an indirect way
Like you are not confident in the interview and you have some doubts on yourself so this should be avoided because this will passed to next level and it will impact ctc negotiation
