If it’s a serious issue, your manager should be having that conversation with you. Otherwise don’t create fake failure scenarios by comparing yourself to your peers

Experience in Sales is never an issue. You can also put yourself in charge during the proposal like “I can do xyz in this project, if we acquire it”… And before you leave, talk to your consulting lead. Give them a chance to put things in the right direction. Grass is not always greener on the other side.

Do you have any utilization requirements? If so, then I would just make sure you’re hitting it. If you really want more project work, then maybe check back in with the people you worked on the proposals with or reach out to your RM.

Has anyone received/know of a HireVue request from Accenture (Federal) with the title "Introduce Yourself" under the Job Title portion? Nearly a month ago I applied to a role (with a referral) and around six months ago I had applied to another role, which is why I was curious on which role this would be in reference to. I'm also just wondering if this is a "serious" screening interview or something HR uses to keep on file (just so I can prepare accordingly). Thanks!

What matters more - billable hours or quality of work? It seems like I have a good reputation for always being available, but personally, I don't think I am doing my best work as I'm overloaded. Does billing well matter more than quality work? Just started in the spring as midlevel.

I passed all 4 exams and I refuse to give let that go to waste...... how do I tell my employer I'll be going to school in a way that they'll still let me work part time? Extremely nervous they're just going to let me go.

Hi All, I need some suggestions. I am currently working in a Big 4 post my MBA from tier 2 IIM college as consultant but the work is pure PMO work which I am doing right now. I am completely confused about my career track and have no idea whether the PMO work will help me or not in long run. Not sure about the exit opportunities from this role? And what if I keep doing this pmo work, where will I land up? I wish to transit into a product manager or may be program manager role.
