How do I manage this: the last two Fridays my SM has tried to assign me weekend work. Last night at 830 PM he pings me and says he needs help for something due in 30 MIN AT 9PM ON A FRIDAY. Then last week on Friday night he randomly said he NEEDED another ask for SATURDAY. LIKE WTF. Kickoff to review deck was already sent with dates that had been aligned to. What’s the best way to tell client during kickoff tomorrow that the dates need to shift?
