I just took a new job and the OTE is less than agreed to after going through the comp plan. Also the recruiter told me 50% of people were hitting their quota and no one was less than 70% last year. However I found out the last 6 months everyone is less than 10%. I know get that recruiters can mislead with performance metrics but giving the wrong OTE seems super unethical to me. Has anyone had this happen?

I am torn between staying at my well respected mid size regional firm (hours 1700, salary 125k) and accepting an offer from a big international firm (hours 2000, salary 180k). Is the bump in hours really worth the salary change? I like the team I work with at my firm and have good relationships, although I would enjoy working with more variety of people at the big firm.
