That sounds like a firm problem, not your problem. Do what’s right for you. One of the partners can step up, they own the firm.

Do not plan your notice around deadlines. Prepare for the possibility that they may simply lock you out of the system the day you give notice regardless of whatever else is going on.
Give yourself a break between jobs. And a break for the holiday season. This is your race to run. Don’t worry about the firm.
Earlier last day even if it means that you’re cutting the two weeks that are part of your “two week notice” short…?
If your new job is 100% locked in (written offer, background and conflicts cleared), then i think you should give three weeks’ notice so your current firm can prepare. But don’t let them push or guilt you into staying past Nov. 23!
You don’t have to share that your next job starts Dec. 6. Just say you can’t stay past Nov. 23 because of you’ve already made plans for your transition and you just can’t stay.

Nahhhh
Take a break in between, no one needs to know when you start your new job.
They’ll figure it out. Prioritize yourself.
I think you should give the notice if not doing so means one of your colleagues will have a really bad thanksgiving.
I say you do what you need to do to start new job well rested and happy. Close this chapter and move on. Enjoy!
Make sure you have everything you need off the firm’s server (your forms, etc.) and give them a two week notice. It’s not your problem. They can get an extension or someone else will have great billable hours for November. Take time off and enjoy your family for the holidays.
