I've been dating this girl for 9mo and dtr'ed 5mo ago. She hides me from her family. For ex, we had plans for me to go to her place but something popped up and her brother was there to help. I spent 8 years at the same company, left in 2020 and am looking for job number 3 since then. I’ve grown my salary and experience significantly. I’ve received excellent feedback, recognition, and appreciation in both companies. But still, I quickly reached a point where I felt like this isn’t the place for me. I reach a point of frustration with the leaders, with the obstacles to reaching my personal goals… and as respected as I have been, I’m beginning to wonder if I’m the problem.
