Wife and I updated our 2022 financial model of income, stock vests and bonus payments (an exercise we used to do regularly and had neglected to do so far this year) and for the first time our expected taxable annual income crossed $1M for the conservative estimate (she makes more than I do).

Is this an endless cycle where leaders don’t want to pay staff/seniors enough since they aren’t producing like previous staff/seniors.
