Should I join Cisco or Paypal? The CTC is almost the same (about 21) in both and my YOE is 4+. My tech stack is Java.

Hey, Both are good brand. Since you are having 4 years of experience. I would suggest to join paypal as growth is but slow in cisco. Cisco is having great culture and great people but it's very slow working env. You don't want to get into this comfert zone right now. People don't leave cisco when they get in. So promotion are very hard here. If you want to start a side buisness or if you want to give time to your family. Go for cisco. But it you want growth better to join paypal.
