Depends on how masochistic you are feeling - on a scale of 1 to self-immolation, working at ClearView is...let’s just say...near-perfectly at the latter end of the spectrum

No... it’s a sweet shop. There are multiple threads in this sub bowl about the firm.

Touché 😅
I know two people who’s accepted their offers to join CV in the next couple months, and they both very excited about it. Trust that they must have done their due diligence. I wonder how bad the WLB is specifically in CV or is it really just consulting-wide. If you compare CV with other firms like LEK, MBB, WLB probably similar..? At least at consultant level

Yea - this whole “WLB at CV is just as bad as other firms” is a narrative that CV management has been spinning for a long time.
Based on conversations with friends at other firms and even people who left CV to go to other LS consulting firms, the WLB and culture at ClearView seems to be more than 2 standard deviations below the competition
ClearView has its benefits but as has been pointed out over and over on these types of threads, given the recent trends at CV, the cons of joining now far outweigh the pros
Depends on your long term objectives, and your alternatives.
Ha. Well given that, the best I can do is "maybe"
It is possible to leave consulting from Clearview.
Categories of pros and cons across firms are pretty similar to my understanding, though the mix varies. So vs an alternative of consulting a lot would likely feel familiar.
Yes they are probably just as bad as MBB but you dont have MBB on your resume
