I've been working in the sales industry from past 1.5 years, but i wanted to change my field.
After some research i decided to get into Cloud Computing. I've done Microsoft Azure course and cleared AZ 104 Certification for Azure Administrator.
But because of my Sales Experience my profile is not getting shortlisted.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? Thoughts on leaving a smaller agency, typically known more for media, to go in-house at a smaller company (6 years old) to manage their digital brand. Ultimate career goals is more digital/creative.

Pretty new to digital marketing. As a BA all I need in my current job is to be able to translate client's requirements to developers. I am good with Databases and that was one of the things we get to work on here but have never worked on Digital marketing stuff.
I am clueless at this time where to start learning from and how should I see my career progress in this industry.

Is it fraud or somehow bad to just start and quit a 2nd job every 1-2 months once you actually start to have to do real work? The first few weeks of most jobs tend to be pretty low stress and an easy paycheck or 2. And if you only do this at employers you wouldn't return to, is there a downside?
