Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I cleared Accenture Tech round, and they have sent a mail asking to fill in EAF . Should I wait for HR discussion and then do it? One of my friends didnt have HR round for salary discussion. After Tech round, they directly sent offer letter. When he asked for HR discussion for salary negotiation, they said nothing can be done. Does this happen a lot in Accenture?

Applied for a B4 senior forensic role, but was not even granted an interview after my initial phone screen with HR; I’m confused why because i thought they needed bodies. Hi Folks, got offer from tw. Can TW revise offer without counter offer in hand, if I tell HR I am not happy with the offered salary. I accepted the offer as I was desperate and got very less hike. It bothers me a lot. As TW has employee centric policy will HR consider my request.

How do you guys think of multi stage interview process? Personally i feel interviews up to two stages is ok, further than that is a waste of time.

I read a few stories like people not successful in getting the role after 5 to 7 stage of interviews, this is inclusive of coding / design challenges, flying over to another state for onsite interview etc.
