My allocation is as followed: 1) 401k account has only $21K. 5% in Roth and 3% in pre-tax, no IRA account yet. My company matches 100% up til 3%, and 50% til 5%. 2) 85K in stocks, including both base and profits 3) 50K in real estate 4) 25K emergency funds. No debt. Should I open an IRA roth account and max it out? Not sure what my goal is. Im 40% high risk high reward, 60% stability.

Currently live in NYC and I absolutely hate it as I love mountains and playing outdoors. I can either relocate now and have a stagnant but decent career that will allow me to enjoy my life.
