Hi, there is 4 weeks left to my joining at JPMC. Till now onboarding and background verification is complete. However I have received no further updates fron JPMC in the last two weeks. I am wondering if I should reach out to the HR or not since HR earlier told that onboarding team will reach out to me once 30days will be remaining.
Can anyone tell me the expected next steps from JPMC until the joining date and when can I hear on those steps ? Recent joiners can kindly comment!

How much does a DevOps Engineer I make?
There’s overlap in the roles so kudos for being intentional about it.
Both roles involve talking to users, customers, understanding/defining requirements, problem framing and both roles, ideally, work closely together and in step with engineering. UX is closer to creating and crafting the product or experience. If you enjoy making something, this is the better choice. If you lean more towards business and strategy, enjoy building partnerships, then choose product management.
Keep in mind, you can always pivot after you’ve gained experience in either role. So the question could be, which do you want to explore first?
Good luck!
Thank you for sharing! This was very helpful! I’m been trying to decide which google course to take to start learning in one of these fields. I’m thinking of starting in UX and working my way to PM
Both are awesome and I think any good or product designer will tell you how much they value the other folks in their product triad. The designer I work with is a true thought partner and that makes such a huge difference for our teams success.
