Should I reapply to a job that was just reposted?

I interviewed with a company a couple months ago and made it to the final round but no offer. I asked for feedback but wasn't given any.

"Unfortunately, we’ve decided to go in another direction at this time. However, if things change, we’ll be sure to reach back out."

A recruiter reached out to me yesterday for the same exact role. I've since added a few skills to my resume (even though I was a perfect match skill-wise the first time).

Does anyone have less than great credit (600-650)? Looking for advice on how to proactively fix this. Due to some prior failed startups, and some poor decisions and bad luck, my credit is jacked up. It's been this way for 4 years. Had a few "charge offs" which now make it really hard to get a car lease and apartment without paying higher interest or a big security deposit. (1) I recently interviewed for a senior auditor position at a company and hadn’t heard back from them so I followed up. The recruiter’s response was that I was still being considered for the position but the team had moved forward with other candidates that were better suited due to their experience. The recruiter also said that they enjoyed my interview but the team felt I needed a bit more work experience and that they would reach out if they would like to move forward with me.

If I have multiple interviews back to back, does it matter if I say lots of the same things? Should I avoid it? I want to highlight my strengths so I think I might end up saying the same things over and over
