100% yes. Look at private banks that offer student loan refinancing, some are usually under the radar low with super low rates. I went to first republic bank and got 2.6% on 42k. They had minimal requirements, but I just checked and they stopped their refi program last month...you can always look at SoFi and other online lenders around 3%

I would say wait until at least September since that’s when the current deferment period is set to finish. If it gets extended keep waiting it out and once interests on fed loans kick back in, then refinance.
