Hi Amazonians,
I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?

I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

I try not to trigger realized gains unless there is good reason to do so. Do those represent too much of your overall portfolio? Do you no longer believe in those companies? Do you have some tax lots you could sell for minimal gain or a loss?

They do not and I do believe in long term potential for the two. I just like the exposure of that the ETFs have to offer.. the two probably make up around 7-8% of my portfolio.
What account are theses in? If a taxable account and assuming these will trigger gains, I would have to have a really good reason to do so.
You could always wait until they are long term I suppose. If you want those funds instead of the individual companies it likely just makes sense to do it now, if the tax implications are not significant

If the gains are already long, go for it. Tough to imagine not selling anything ever, once bought. After all, the market does tilt to one direction or the other - some level of reallocation makes sense
