lol. Yah like M1 said, that’s a loaded question. What comes with the sponsorship offer? Do you want to go back to work at that company? Do you want to use loans and scholarships instead if that’s an option? I never applied for firm sponsorship and was planning on doing loans, but I got offered a full scholarship to Stern so that’s helped me a lot

PwC1 hit the nail on the head. If you’re certain that you won’t return to the firm, don’t. If you have even an inkling of thought to return, then take it. I believe MBB let’s you decide up until your graduation to back out of the sponsorship. Most MBB folks I know have taken sponsorship with the intent of leaving 1-2 years after returning, but it’s always easier said than done.
