Just received an interview offer for an outpatient position at a hospital and I've interviewed and am still awaiting a decision on the inpatient position. Does that mean that I may have not been selected or that they're unaware I applied for 2 positions? Is that something I should mention or not?

From my understanding from the interviews, my roles will be more or less same in both companies.

I'm just 6 months into my first job. My bosses are really good. They guide me well. But I feel I can learn a lot more given more responsibilities but unfortunately I am working on a project that doesn't have much scope for it. I was approached for a new role in the company. I worked through the logistics for a couple of weeks. I was told I would have to apply, but it would be a formality. Fast forward to now, there are interviews with multiple individuals (other candidates) on the calendar. If we reach the end, and I’m passed over, I think I should leave. I’ve been passed over for a few jobs I am qualified for, despite being assured how “critical” I am quite often. Thoughts?

I have seen many people in this bowl complaining about WLB in Deloitte. I wanted to know if this is for only a few people or same across Deloitte? If so, why the WLB is so poor? Normally works are estimated with proper project management technics, why then people will have to take more work?
