After HR discussion I got mail from PWC workday to upload govt id on portal but there is no option over portal to upload. Anyone had this issue ?

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

Hi guys, I currently have an approved h1b but I don’t have a stamp yet(never left US since I got approved). Given the current restrictions, am I still able to get a stamp in my home country (china)? And if I did, would I be able to re-enter US?
