Should I write thank you notes to each of my interviewers after virtual rounds, or is that considered stiff and unnecessary in this environment?

I know the business, the product, the operating system and the vendors. However, I know nothing about buying but I quickly learn analytics and procedures. Wouldn’t it be easier to train me on buying vs training a buyer how our systems functions, our products, and how it moves in our company?
