Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.
I want to make my way into Google. Any tips?

If you don't mind coding, go for it
I think the switch would definitely require a decent amount of research and learning, but could be worth it if you have that organic interest.
How are your coding skills? I'd say focus on developing/honing those, and then see if you can get an established developer in your company to mentor you. It's almost always easier to make the transition from role to role within the same firm versus trying to start at a new company AND in a new role. Best of luck to you!
From what I've seen, it can depend on your skills and how quickly you can make the transition - it is a lot of learning like others said and I don't know if the amount of time needed to make the switch is worth it vs building up your current experience and negotiating higher
