If they are academically, socially, and behaviorally immature, I say so. But if they have 1 or 2 of the 3, than let the student move on and try to get batter where they are lacking
No! There is no research that supports retention. It only widens gaps, damaged self-esteem, and hinders social growth. There are so many other (research-based) Strategies and resources out there
