Yes you can but do blank out all mentions of your potential employers, they don’t need to know that until they’ve given you what’s promised

Just cross out or erase the name of the company from your offer letter before sharing it with anyone else. You can share the original one once they’ve matched your demand. Until then hold your ground

Yeah you're right. It cuts after two lines instead of expanding.

Anyone else eat hours on the reg? I'm working 60-70 on client work and recording 40 every week so as not to fuck with economics.. normal?

Indian here and just found out my final round interviewer is an Indian male for a FAANG role. Any tips on how to succeed? Friends and family have said to move on haha, but I at least want to make sure I do my best! Appreciate the incredible advise on here to get this far and would love to hear from any one with a similar situation and actually received an offer.

Had a cringeworthy joke moment on Skype today (lots of crickets). I rarely tell jokes and probably won’t again 😑. Let’s hear the most cringeworthy things you’ve said during a Skype meeting.

Just learned my coronavirus test results came back positive. Think I had a mild case and feeling well atm. Any questions for someone on the other side? Happy to share insights to soothe nerves.

IB analyst here, but how do you all let go of firm prestige? I am incredibly proud of myself for how hard I worked to get where I am, but I feel embarrassed/afraid to talk about it to people, because I feel others will think "what are they so proud about when they're just at a small firm" 😞😖 Am I just jaded because the majority who don't care aren't the ones who post nonstop about prestige and crap on small firms or...?

Hi everyone! I'd like some opinions on this job offer I got. I currently work at Deloitte ( Risk Consultant) and my gross annual salary is 21k. We didn't receive the expected 10% increase in the salary because of the covid situation. I just got a offer from a small bank for a risk analyst position and with a 28k salary. ( The tax in my country is 30%) Do you think it's worth me staying at Deloitte since it's a Big4 or jump into the client, which is a rather unknown bank?

Best name for a female dog? She's a tricolor beagle puppy...

ACN: I was an experienced hire last year (TC). At time of hiring - Consultant w/ 24M@L, $110k + 5%. Am I being shafted? Looking for >$140k when bumped to LVL7. Thanks!

Feeling pretty bummed. Seeing a lot of my friends my age earning way more than me, and while I’m super impressed/happy for them, I feel as though I’ve worked really hard and just can’t keep up. What are most 27 year olds earning nowadays?

Is a 2 page resume for 10 YOE and masters degree too long?

How to lose your job like a pro: 1. Set my LinkedIn profile to “Open to Work”. (To get contacted by recruiters) 2. LinkedIn automatically generated a public post for me to inform everybody (without my knowledge) 3. my manager just liked the post. 4. Now I have an awkward meeting to attend Monday morning AMA 🤦‍♂️

Fun exercise: Name your first official job, title, salary, and age when you started. I will start: McDonalds🍟, cashier💰, $6 p/h💸,15 years👼) #firstjob

Starting a new project in Nashville... recommendations on relatively quick dinner in the downtown area?

Last year, My girlfriend was making 80k while I was making 200k so I took her out to dinners and took care of the groceries etc. Basically made sure it’s an equitable relationship. She got a new job this year and is now making 210k (more than me) but still expects me to pay for all the dinners and groceries. I’ve already talked to her about this but just resulted in argument. Is there any coming back from this situation to make this equitable relationship or is break up the only option here?
