When do we get paid more

Going through a rough patch in relationship of 3yrs almost… we are both super independent to the point where we do a lot separately. (I.e he will go golf , I’ll go ride my horses.). But the things we DO do together he always invites his brother/family, like when we went to a day ranch trip the other day. Also, when he doesn’t want to do something I want to do, he just doesn’t do it whereas I compromise.

I’m just feeling a bit conflicted and lonely right now and don’t know how to talk to him.

I took the job because the industry I was coming from is very seasonal and hiring won't be in demand until spring next year. Later this afternoon, one of the companies I interviewed with called me back for 3rd interview. This job is riskier but 150k plus, which what I was used too. I ll probably get the job. I’m currently a BDR at a small family business who specializes in financial services. Total sales team is 11 people just to give you an idea.

I’ve been here for 2 years now and it’s my first job out of college. Id like to move to a larger company with more growth and training as I know it will help me for the future.

I’m afraid that with my limited experience and an unknown company that will be hard to get my foot in anywhere. What should I do?

My quota is based on invoiced sales that resets quarterly. This includes a sliding-scale commission % based on how far you’re at on your quarterly goal (towards quota) which is checked/paid once a month. The only thing that goes toward our quota is PAID sales. This excludes orders still being processed by DE (largest orders) and customers still within NET payment terms. We don’t get paid until the company gets paid. Am I missing warning potential? Am I being expected of A and judged on B?
