Should you consider MBA as experience while doing salary negotiation?

Note:- HR always says MBA will just give a small advantage over other candidates. For HR, MBA is piece of paper which you get by studying 6 hrs.

I got an offer from IBM Consulting Canada to join their Hybrid Cloud Computing Group as an Associate Partner - Multicloud in the Financial Services Sector. IBM Consulting offers a base salary of 240K CAD plus bonuses and benefits. Is this a good offer? Any feedback on the work culture at IBM Consulting Canada, particularly in their cloud unit?
