Should you include bonus, raise and/or salary expectations in your performance evaluation?

How to negotiate salary package? Got offered a ECD role, but I feel I need to get more than just the salary. What do you ask for? How to set bonus and rules, share %?, big payout when they fire you? What are you asking for in a leadership position.

For firms that are announcing year end special bonuses (and that have billable requirements for the bonuses) - are you required to hit the billable threshold to receive both the regular and special bonus? Or is the special bonus paid out to all regardless of hours?

Any current or ex-consultants here that can advise on what good exit opps are out there other than PE and corporate strategy?
