Hi All, I am starting out my strength training journey. I will have 20-30 mins to do strength training every other morning (since I spend 25 mins walking and 30 mins yoga everyday). I’m a recent grad & began my first career as a marketing coordinator. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least.
