If anyone can review my resume and provide some tips that will be truly great. Currently applying for financial analyst job, but no luck so far.
I started a new job a month ago and I think I've made a huge mistake. I wanted work life balance, went to a well-known company that has a reputation for it, and have quickly learned that this will be quite the opposite. I am beginning to panic. How do I deal with applying for jobs, specifically the issue of "erasing" this job from my work history without getting in trouble? I feel weird stating that my last job is my "present" one but is there any other option?
Recently i got an offer from HCL tech. The scheduled only one round of interview and then HR discussion happened and offered me around 45% from current package. My question is usually for experienced candidates there will be atleast 2 rounds of interview right? So after joining will they put me in bench and i will have to attend interviews there? Pls pour your views

Suggestions on how to handle a Zoom interview? It will be with 3 partners at the same time (2 male founding partners and 1 female partner). I typically interview very well, but it's mostly bc I a fairly good at reading people which is a bit more difficult over Zoom. Also, any questions I should ask? I'm a 4th year and trying to lateral to a new firm with the same focus (cannabis litigation).
Do you ever go through an interview totally prepared and you’re thinking “I am seriously nailing this!” And you leave it feeling super good, but you remember one thing you said that could have been misconstrued, or something you did that was maybe weird, and by the next day you just feel like you completely bombed it? No, just me? Are there any true indicators for knowing whether you did well in an interview or nah?
