Either I love the job and I’m grossly underpaid or the job is totally mediocre but the money is great. Is it really possible to have it all or do I need to lower my standards? We’re in such a vicious business. You give your heart & soul to an agency, a client, a brand. Then the wind changes & you’re laid off, reassigned, chewed up, spit out, on to the next. I’m tired.
