This might come off as offensive, but it's a genuine question from a man to women (and anyone else). I feel like for a long time talking about sports in the office has kept women out of the small talk, because I've perceived that women don't tend to have the same interest, certain not in golf. I don't want to be talking about things that everyone can't relate to/that aren't inclusive of women, but I also feel like I don't want to assume that women don't like sports. Help.

I started a new job recently, and they are very excited for me to start (it was a 3-month time from offer acceptance to start date).
