How are folks feeling about in-person staff meetings these days? I'm vaccinated, but still trepidatious about large indoor gatherings. I recall the CDC report noting that most school COVID transmission was adult-to-adult, exacerbating my reservations. My primary concern is colleagues, who will not vaccinate, potentially harboring the virus. It's unclear whether the vaccine would prevent me from asymptomatically contracting the virus & spreading it to my as yet unvaccinated children. Thoughts?

Pre-covid I was doing admin work, and recently moved to a consulting firm. Nobody knows what the new normal is going to be yet, but pre covid-19 were SF consultants traveling at the same rate as other consulting practices? I'm digging (and finding I am good at) implementations, but have kids/can't/won't do 80% travel. While most teachers are protected by teacher unions, I feel my voice hasn’t been heard at all with my concerns of going back to school next week. Our diocese has decided on full return 5 days/ week for all 42 schools despite a recent increase in COVID in our communities.
