Client offered TC ~220k (170k base) with travel comp for a SM job, top 40 biotech by market cap.

Pros - 0 transition (same work/team), wlb, TC, no relocation, have an advocate
Cons - wanted AD but offered SM, less exposure to different work, more personal effort to keep up w industry knowledge and new tools

Worth the jump? Any thoughts/comments are appreciated!

Anyone else getting “when are you coming to visit?” pressure from your parents? Mine live a 3+ hour flight away (and actually all the direct flights have been cancelled). We have three young kids including a newborn. And yet they keep pressuring me about why haven’t I visited recently and when are we coming.
