Anyone try it? I worry about my work product being potentially accessed or owned by a third party company

I'm not at all sick of it. It's what pays the bills.

I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day. Am I going to get in trouble or fired over this?? I am putting my best efforts when I do get work and I ask for work sometimes. At this point I feel like I am being annoying too…

I had switched from one company to another few months back knowing that Ill be working on different domain and tech stack and took it as challenge for myself.
But now I am not able to work in this domain and want to quit.

Before resignation what n how I can tell my manager that I want to resign?

Option 1 : Tell the truth about not liking the domain n techstack? Which can backfire as I accepted it before I joined.

Option 2 : Tell lie about getting a better opportunity in-terms of salary?

What would you do? It’s literally the second week of school for me, I have my 3rd interview for the job next week

Hello Fishes,

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF on 26th September. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

Anyone please advise.

Q for associates in boutique litigation firms: When you’ve drafted a complaint/motion/brief to be filed, do the partners allow you to actually sign the filing in your own name? For context, I’m a new associate at a class action firm where there’s ample opportunity to do substantive work & pursue your own case ideas from the get go. Today, I’m getting ready to file a complaint I drafted when a partner told me to remove my signature & insert his instead. Is this standard?
