Hell, a bit of banter is fun for me from time time as well. Nature of all things competitive.
Not a fan of occasional 12 year olds yelling slurs, but then again 12 year olds have been edgy idiots since the dawn of time.

Somethings never change, most gamers are toxic incels hence a toxic online gaming landscape. I’m a guy, and I quit playing online a few years ago out of annoyance for this reason
Players have been this toxic online since my quake days. When I get a chance to play I still play on mute all for most games like the old days. Much more peaceful that way.

I always mute my mic bc the types of people playing and talking are not even slightly rational. If you just listen to the majority of comments, it’s clearly from people/kids who are very immature or looking to make people mad. Not the type of people I want to really waste my time arguing with lol
And this is why I pretend I am male while online (but everyone usually assumes this anyways)

Just for not very scientific research, have you noticed if those guys have been pro-Trump saying this like Trump 2020!? I don’t know if it’s just me but I every time I’m with toxic people, most of the time they’re talking about Trump and I don’t if it’s just anecdotal evidence
