I'm the CD for a small start-up. Started as a designer & because of the small team, was promoted to CD quickly. Didn't know what the hell I was doing but after 5 years, I think I can say I've earned the title. But I am tired of having to beg for resources and budget, and design not given its due.

Any advice for getting hired by agencies? As the CD i did everything - strat, people mgmt, a rebrand AND IC design work. I worry bc my resume only says this co & a small studio, I'll be passed over.
